Older puppies and adult dogs are often available to the right home at little or no charge. That does not mean we do not expect new owners to be financially responsible, providing the best in routine and emergency veterinary care. A veterinary reference may be requested. New homes must have fenced yards, and want to make the dog a part of the family. Adult dogs may require more time to adjust than a small puppy. They are crate and leash trained, but as kennel dogs, they may need house training reinforement and staying on leash initially. Aussies quickly bond to their new owners and make loving companions for life. However, we are always here to help or take the dog back if things don't work out. |
